TRAVIS PEMBROOK MEMORIAL SCHOLARSHIP & SHOW

Travis left a lasting legacy and made an impact on our industry that will never be
forgotten. As a family, we are proud to honor him by continuing to do what he was
passionate about—supporting the young people, putting good cattle together with great
people, and glorifying the Lord in everything we do.


The 2027 applications for the Travis Pembrook Memorial Scholarship will open on
August 1, 2026 and will be due by October 17, 2026. Three scholarships will be awarded
in the amount of $2,500 and will be presented at the Cattlemen’s Congress in January
2027.

To be eligible for the Travis Pembrook Memorial Scholarship, a student must meet the
following criteria:

  • The student must be a graduating senior, planning to enroll full-time as a degree-seeking student at an accredited college or university.

  • The student must demonstrate involvement in and a commitment to the cattle industry throughout their high school career.

  • The student must have a minimum cumulative grade point average of 3.0 or above.

  • The student must demonstrate leadership skills, a strong work ethic and a deep commitment to serving and encouraging others in their school and community just as Travis was committed to leading and serving those around him in his work, community and everyday life.


Scholarships will be paid out upon receiving proof of enrollment at the student’s choice
of college or university.

Cattlemen’s Congress, 21 Land Rush Street, Oklahoma City, OK 73107.
